Aboard the Void Maiden, Huey realized he was stranded since, kicking off from the EVA sled, the sled had resultantly been propelled away from the Maiden. He tried searching for the sled, but it was too far away. He was able to hitch a ride back to his home from Xerox, his home being a rotating toroidal structure within the IHNIWID, where one of his roommates was a guy with a giraffe head. Huey spent the next few days acquiring gear, then got a simulspace subscription (set in 1960s Berlin) via Firewall for the purpose of improving his spycraft.
Xerox spent some time with Herpert acquiring stuff. At one point, a person in a vaccsuit approached the Valhalla asking to be let aboard. Xerox opened the door, but then demanded the visitor leave. The visitor didn't leave after a few quick warnings, and Xerox killed him. It turned out the killed man was named "Jim", who had been playing hide-and-seek. When Jim's friend, Melissa, tried looking for him, she discovered he had been killed. Xerox got dinged some (-1) @-Rep, but not as much as one would expect for killing a person: it was decided that the Valhalla did, indeed, have plenty of warning signals indicating that it should not be approached.
Herpert, and his companions, spent some time acquiring stuff with Xerox. After that, the trio went ahead with time-dilated simulspace to be uber-productive: a "haunting" violin composition was made (then performed in simulspace); an XP was made; an interactive novel was made; maker blueprints were written; open source programs coded; and psychotherapy along with social engineering were done. Herpert ended up earning +5 @-Rep, +4 R-Rep.
There were two weeks between our containment of the outbreak aboard the Void Maiden, and the swarm's arrival at our next desination; our next destination being Mars.
